Environmental health is based on the premise that what we eat or are exposed to in our environment has a direct effect upon our health. We examine the impact of air pollutants, pesticides, heavy metals, toxins, mold illness and other environmental factors on the health of individuals.
At Monarch Integrative Health we will assess:
- Appraise the emerging research links between environmental toxins and documented rise of chronic illness
- Identify the primary categories of chemical toxins present in the environment and interpret their mechanism of actions on your health. Recognize and identify range of toxins that cause endocrine disruption
- Educate our clients how to reduce unnecessary environmental toxin exposures
- Teach clients how to lower their toxic burden
